Card Settings
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), send yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV.
These are known as the card settings.
Mobile Wallets you Can Connect w/ Reward Cards
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), send yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV. By selecting devices, you will be shown all of the devices your Crosscard is connected to.

Lost/Stolen
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), set yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV.
In order to report your card as either lost or stolen, all you have to do is tick out the correct box agreeing to the general terms and conditions.
These include the fact that reporting a lost or stolen card includes permanently suspending your current card and ordering a replacement card with a new 9-digit card ID and PAN.
Please note we cannot change only the IBAN or account number without replacing the entire card.
Please note, the delivery times for your new card vary depending on where you are located.
Delivery Times: For delivery in Germany, the German Post takes about 2-3 business days. For delivery within Europe please allow 6-14 days
PIN Reminder
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), send yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV.
Once you click on PIN reminder, you will have a drop down menu showing you the card ID for which you would like to have the PIN reminder.
You will receive a text message from “Crosscard” saying that “Your Reward Card card PIN is XXXX. Please keep the card and PIN separate”.
Please also be aware that with older reward cards, the PIN is not immediately available once you receive the welcome letter.
Also with physical cards (this includes payout, assistance, expense, and reward) in general, you will need to enter your PIN after using contactless payment 5 times.
In order to comply with the PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) and to ensure a safer usage of your card, we have limited the number of contactless transactions before the PIN is required.
The PIN will be requested in the following situations:
After 5 consecutive contactless payments or if the cumulative amount exceeds €150 (or equivalent in other currencies)
For any transaction exceeding €50 (or equivalent in other currencies)
Note: These usage limits apply to all of our customers and cannot be changed.
Unblock PIN
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), send yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV.
Once you select unblock your PIN, the drop-down menu will give you different options of 9-digit card IDs that you can unblock.
Once you have selected the send verification code, a verification code message will be sent to your mobile device with a six digit number to unblock your card PIN.
Entering this code into the browser will unblock your PIN and finalize the process.
The PIN will be requested in the following situations:
- After 5 consecutive contactless payments or if the cumulative amount exceeds €150 (or equivalent in other currencies)
- For any transaction exceeding €50 (or equivalent in other currencies)
- So any transaction over €50 will require the PIN being entered.
Unblock CVV
If you click on the cog and gear widget at the top right hand corner of your card, you will be able to see the devices your card is connected to, report your card as lost or stolen (and order a new one), send yourself a PIN reminder, unblock your PIN, and unblock your CVV.
To unblock your CVV, you simply need to click on the unblock your CVV function.
