To complete an “external load”, or a load done outside of the Crosscard portal, you must click on the Load CLA tab and then select one of the following options: SEPA or international bank transfer. In order to carry out this type of load, you need to follow the instructions given on the screen below. Namely, ensuring that you transfer to the right IBAN, with the correct BIC, the correct card account holder, and amount. Afterwards, it gives you the corresponding processing time to fulfill this transaction.

If you load your card from a bank account with the same account holder name as your CC CLA card account, your money will be available as soon as we have received it. If you load your card from a bank account with a different account holder name, and we do not know this bank account yet, you will have to wait 14 days before this money is available for spending. We ask for your understanding that this is required to prevent fraud and money laundering. When the transfer is approved after 14 days, we recognize the bank account and new transfers will be available as soon as we have received them.
