Reports (E / Pr / A)
In order to access the reports, simply navigate to the Documents tab and select reports. The reports simply hold the transactions of the cardholders.
Please note that you cannot view the transactions of Reward and Payout cards, as the funds belong to the cardholders.

In the table of available documents, the “Card Activity Report” appears once automatically generated at the end of the month, week, or day in question, depending on the reporting frequency you have available (monthly report generation is standard, with weekly and daily available upon request).
You can download these reports as Excel or CSV files by selecting the preferred file format. Download should start automatically. If you are interested in historical data from July 2018 onwards, please contact your account manager.
