How to request a copy of your Crosscard data (Right of Access)
To protect your privacy and confirm that you are the rightful account holder it is absolutely mandatory for us that you confirm the registered telephone number for your Crosscard account in your reply to our answer and a member of our team will call you to double check your request again.
Please note that we absolutely need to complete these security checks before we are able to prepare any of your customer data. This process may take some time and we will do our best to get back to you within one month at the very latest.
