How to Activate a New Card?

As a user he/she launches the mobile application and sees the login screen with a new card activation functionality. He/She clicks on “Activate new card” to complete the new card activation.^[s]

1. User sees a form with an input field where User should write 4 digits of the  card number;
   
2. User sees a form with an input field where User should write the card’s 9 digit public token;
   
3. User sees a form where User should choose the date of birth;
   
4. User sees a form where User should choose a country code and insert the mobile number;  
   
5. User receives a 6-digit verification code via sms and enters it;
   
6. User creates a new password and confirms it by entering it again;
