If you are a Crosscard cardholder you will no longer have access to[p][q] your account once it expires.
Therefore, please reach out a few days in advance to organise a replacement card order.
Our renewal/replacement card prices vary based on the contract that we have with you.
When notifying us of your renewal order please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Your card is active
- You have sufficient balance on your account
- Your address is up to date
We will send a new card to your registered address. In case you don’t receive it within 5 days, please inform us and ensure you meet the above requirements.

If your virtual CLA card has expired, we will issue a new one, which again needs to be activated using the same procedure as done initially.
