How Does the Courier Delivery Process Work?

1. Order your card on https://www.cardstatus.com/en/login.
2. Email us the 9-digit card number that has been ordered.
3. Inform us about your order the day of: support@cardstatus.com
4. When informing us please email the address, name, and phone number of the person you would like to send the order to.
5. We will provide you with a tracking number and access point to check the status of your order.
