Please follow the normal login procedure to your Crosscard account on our website and click on "Reset your password". Enter the information requested, namely the 4 last digits of your PAN, your 9-digit card ID, your mobile number, and your date of birth. If you receive an error message, email support@cardstatus.com with a screenshot of the items you inputted within the following screen.
