How Do CLA-Owners Reactivate a Card via Forgotten Password?

In order to activate the current card, first:

1. Download the Crosscard Business Mobile App  (Apple Store/Google Play)

2. Launch Crosscard Business App

3. See the login screen

4. Tap “Forgot password?”

After tapping “Forgot?”:

5. Enter card last 4 digits

6. Enter card ID 9 digits

7. Provide date of birth

8. Provide mobile number

9. Receive and enter OTP (one time password) verification code

10. Create and confirm your new password

11. See Succeed Screen

12. Sign in now
