How Do Cardholders Cancel Their Account w/ Outstanding Balance?
To close your account and reimburse the remaining balance, we require your bank account details:
Name of account holder (yourself)
IBAN
BIC
Please email these to us at support@cardstatus.com.
Please note that we can only reimburse your remaining balance to a bank account in your name, located within the SEPA area. We may charge a redemption fee of up to EUR 2.95.
For security reasons, please cut your Crosscard card into several pieces. You should pay attention to cut through the card's chip and through the card's magstripe before securely disposing the pieces.
