Question #1: Where Do We Find Invoices and Statements?

We do not offer invoicing. However, we do offer statements, which can be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet. Left to the time frame button (date button), you can see the cloud download button (circled in red above), which gives you the option of downloading an overview of the transactions within an Excel file.
This overview will appear as having all of the title columns already found in your transaction dashboard list such as: date, description, amount etc.
This allows you to easily embed and incorporate these Excel sheets in further in-house programs like DATEV.

In order to access invoices, navigate to the Documents tab and select “invoices”.
In order to see the statements of the CLA, go to your main CLA dashboard and select the timeframe as well as the file format, which are either CSV or XSLX.
Within Reward CLAs, you are unable to see the statements of the individual cardholders, as the funds belong to the cardholder. |
