Send Funds

The Send funds tab allows you to transfer funds to other accounts or other Payout cardholders.

There are two options of how to do this: a SEPA transfer, or a direct card to card transfer.

Sending new Funds Through SEPA

SEPA transfers can arrive anywhere from 1-5 business days after the transaction was carried out.

CLA accounts have a personal IBAN which can be loaded and Payout cards as well. All other cards do not have a personal IBAN and can only be loaded via CLA (Expense, Purchase, Reward and Assistance).

In order to carry out this type of transfer simply fill in the amount, IBAN, BIC, Beneficiary First Name, Beneficiary Last Name, and Payment Purpose.

Please note that depending on the agreement you have with us, fees may apply for sending funds.

Direct Card to Card

The Send funds tab allows you to transfer funds to other accounts or other Payout cardholders. Select this tab in order to send money to another Crosscard.

Transferring money to other Payout cards is instantaneous, simply enter the other card's receiver name, the amount, the receiver’s card account number, and payment purpose.
