The following answer is only applicable for the admin/main account holder of these Crosscard products:
- Crosscard Expense
- Crosscard Payout
- Crosscard Assistance
- Crosscard Purchase
Passwords can be reset in the web console by your company's admin:
- Go to cardstatus.com
- You will see the "Reset password" button.
- Once you have clicked on "Reset Password", please follow the instructions and fill in the details as mentioned. Make sure the details filled are correct and match the main Central load Account Card.
