Please follow the these steps:
- Login to cardstatus.com with the CLA credentials.
- Go to "Manage Accounts" tab.
- Select the cardholder/card id for which you would like to change the status for.
- Click on "Action" button on top right corner.
- And select "Set Card Status".
- Please choose the following option based on your preference.
*Once the status has been set to cancelled then it can not be set back to Active or Suspended.
